Pulp filters and spare parts

Inside all the paper mills the paper is recycled, here it is shredded, chemically treated, bleached and reduced to a pulp. In this way, all the impurities and slags are subtracted from the mixture. The pulp obtained (fibers) dissolved in water is filtered several times before becoming suitable for the production of paper. Filtration takes place by pressing to separate liquids from solids. The press is composed of an screw press that rotates against a perforated cylindrical filter. The paper fiber solution is inserted inside the press and pressed with increasing force against the metal filter which thanks to the small holes allows the water to escape, thus retaining the paper pulp.
